一、建筑模型画线:在制造建筑单体时,首要要将制造的建筑单体平面进行分解。分解后将各个二维平面用拓印法或丈量划线法描绘在选定的ABS板材上。在画线时,除了要考虑画线的准确度,还要考虑到因为对接形式而引起的板材尺度的变化。

二、建筑模型切开:切开时,一般是先划后切,先内后外。先划后切,即先作厂房立面墙线的划痕。划痕是用勾刀来进行勾勒,运用勾刀用力要均匀,划痕深浅要一致。制造时要充沛考虑到喷色后的作用。在立面墙线制造结束后,再进行开窗加工。在上述一系列制造完成后便能够进行立面外形的切开。

三、建筑模型组装:组装是将制造完的平面组合成三维的建筑单体。在这一阶段,要特别注意面与面、边与边的平行、垂直联系。在进行组合时,要充沛利用直角尺(弯尺)进行丈量,保证制造精度。一起,在转角处或平面尺度较大的构件内部加支撑物,以避免构件的体现。在进行建筑单体组合时,应结合后期喷色工序全体考虑。

四、建筑模型打磨:在组合成型后,对接缝处进行打磨。第一遍先用板锉打磨。运用锉刀时要注意视点,避免接缝开胶。第二遍可用什锦锉或砂纸打磨。

六、建筑模型喷色:建筑单体模型喷色可采用素色喷色法进行色彩处理。重叠喷色法即用同色相不同透明度的自喷漆进行交叉喷色,使建筑单体呈现出色彩深浅不一的点状作用。这种方法较难掌握,但是视觉作用很好。
